Nuck and Brook are both, MDR1 normal dogs (N/N or +/+) are homozygous for the healthy gene, and can only pass on the healthy gene to their offspring. Such animals do not exhibit drug toxicity. They had one litter of puppies in Fall 2008 with 11 pups.  We hope they will have another litter of pups late 2009 or early 2010. Brook is one of very few female smooth collies in Germany that is MDR 1 +/+.

February 20, 2009,  Brook moves to Hof Waldeck.....to live with Nuck and Buddy!

Gudrun brought Bubble and Brook to visit Hof Waldeck, and Brook now lives with us.

During the holidays we had the chance to visit with Gudrun Hartmann at Jack-Macks and spent some time with Brook and Nuck's puppies...pictured here they are about 7 weeks old...
